This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations of the service between the software and the user. "Users" refer to individuals who register, log in, and use this service. This agreement can be updated by the software at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are announced, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this software. After the software modifies the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please stop using the services provided by the software immediately, and the user's continued use of the services provided by the software will be deemed to accept the modified agreement.

3. In view of the binding registration method of the "Yomi" account, you agree that the software will use the mobile phone number you provided and/or automatically extract your mobile phone number and automatically extract your mobile device identification code when registering. To register.

4. When users register and use this service, the software needs to collect personal information that can identify the user so that the software can contact the user when necessary, or provide the user with a better experience. This software can change the services it provides, and the content of the services provided by this software may change at any time;

2. The services provided by this software include free services and charged services. Users can purchase paid services through payment methods. The specific method is: users pay a certain amount of RMB through online banking, Alipay or other payment channels provided by the "Yomi" platform to purchase the virtual currency of the "Yomi" platform-gold coins, and then follow this software The published tariff standard uses gold coins to purchase the charged service that the user wants to use, thereby obtaining the right to use the charged service. 3. User personal privacy information protection

(3) According to this agreement, this software manages, reviews user information and performs processing measures;

In addition to the above matters, this software will not use the user's personal privacy information for any other purposes without the user's prior consent.
6. This software attaches great importance to the protection of personal privacy information of minors. This software will rely on the personal information provided by the user to determine whether the user is a minor. Any minors under the age of 18 who register for an account or use this service should obtain the consent of their parents or their legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "guardians") in advance. Except for disclosure in accordance with laws and regulations and instructions from competent authorities, this software will not use or disclose to any third party the chat records and other personal privacy information of minors. 7. (9) The uploaded avatar must not violate laws and regulations, departmental rules, local government rules and other national regulations, must not violate public order and good customs, and must not infringe the legal rights of any other third party.
(10) Please upload a clear and easily recognizable profile picture.
Article 3 Yomi User Nickname and Signature Management Regulations
User nickname (or called user name, account name, etc.), any Yomi user account name and signature, shall not have the following circumstances:
(1) Violation of the Constitution or laws and regulations;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) What harms national honor and interests, or harms public interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Those who undermine the state's religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstition;
(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crime;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
(10) The user defrauds the account name registration with false information, or the registration information such as the account picture or profile contains illegal and undesirable information;
(11) Fraudulent use, affiliated institutions or social celebrities registered account names.
For any violation of the above regulations, Yomi platform will delete its illegal content or cancel its account. If the circumstances are serious, it will be reported to the Internet information content department, and the relevant department will deal with it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Article 4 Yomi User Album Management Regulations
(1) Do not use pictures that contain or any content suspected of illegal, pornographic, political, or violent (simulated guns or controlled knives);
(2) Do not use images that are too revealing (excessive exposure of breasts, sexual organs, see-through clothing) and violations of social public order and customs, including but not limited to photos of cigarettes, gambling, vulgarity, etc.;

Article 5 Yomi User Short Video Management Regulations
The content posted and disseminated by users should consciously abide by the "seven bottom lines" requirements of laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, social public order, morals and customs, and information authenticity. No user may post the following information:
(1) Those who oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damage to national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Inciting regional discrimination or hatred;
(6) Those that undermine the state's religious policies and promote cults and superstitions;
(7) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
(8) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crime;
(9) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the lawful rights and interests of others;
(10) Violent intimidation, threats to others, and human flesh searches;
(11) Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;

(4) For serious violations of the platform management regulations, the auditor has the right to block the user’s IP. 12. It is strictly forbidden to add user WeChat or other third-party platform social accounts.
Article 3 System 24-hour automatic monitoring and manual 24-hour inspection system

Article 4 Provisions on Penalties for Violation of User Video Chat Behaviors

(3) If the anchor does not add WeChat or other third-party social software accounts in accordance with the regulations, it will be fined, banned, permanently banned, or cancelled until the account is cancelled.
(4) Violations such as adding third-party social accounts to defraud users of red envelopes will be fined, banned, permanently banned, until the account is cancelled.

(6) Handling other violations

4. In order to effectively control live broadcast and transaction risks, based on relevant laws and regulations, Yomi platform has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services or stop payment of profits when the user has the following circumstances:
(1) Use the account or this service to engage in any illegal or criminal activity;
(2) Making and publishing methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operating or disseminating such methods and tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
(3) There are abnormalities in the operation of the user account, the flow of funds, etc., and the account may cause risks;
(4) Violation of other laws, regulations and requirements of relevant departments.
(5) Other violations of regulations

2. Any user can use the "Report" function to report violations of celebrities and users. If the user's report or complaint is found to be malicious, the platform will also impose corresponding penalties on users who make malicious reports or complaints.

4. In order to effectively control live broadcast and transaction risks, based on relevant laws and regulations, Yomi platform has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services or stop payment of profits when users have the following circumstances:
(1) Use the account or this service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;
(2) Making and publishing methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operating or disseminating such methods and tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
(3) There are abnormalities in the operation of the user account, the flow of funds, etc., and the account may cause risks;
(4) Violation of other laws, regulations and requirements of relevant departments.

Five. Rules of Use

1. Any content transmitted or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor should it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of this software, and this software does not assume any responsibility for this.
2. Users are not allowed to use the "Yomi" account or this service to perform the following actions:
(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or embezzling other people’s avatars or materials, impersonating or using other people’s names;
(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on linked pages or share information;
(3) Fictional facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Using technical means to establish false accounts in batches;
(5) Use the "Yomi" account or this service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;
(6) Making and publishing methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operating or disseminating such methods and tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
(7) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "Yomi", or the software is not expressly authorized.
3. The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and effectiveness of the information transmitted using the "Yomi" account or this service. Any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user. , Has nothing to do with this software. If this causes damage to the software or a third party, the user shall compensate according to law.
4. The services provided by the software may include advertisements, and the user agrees to display advertisements provided by the software and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as clearly provided by laws and regulations, the user shall be responsible for the transaction based on the advertisement information. The software does not bear any responsibility for the loss or damage suffered by the user due to the transaction based on the advertisement information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers. .

6. The user confirms that gold coins can only be used to purchase various services on the "Yomi" platform. Seven. Account Management

1. The ownership of the "Yomi" account belongs to this software. After the user completes the application registration procedures, the user obtains the right to use the "Yomi" account. The right to use belongs only to the initial application registrant, and it is forbidden to give, borrow, rent, transfer or sell. This software has the right to reclaim the user's "Yomi" account due to business needs.
2. The user can change or delete the personal information, registration information and transmission content on the "Yomi" account, but it should be noted that deleting the relevant information will also delete the text and pictures stored by the user in the system. The user shall bear the risk.
3. The user is responsible for the safety of the registered account information and account password.
